Ingredients:
-1lb. peeled and cooked sweet potatoes
-1 (14 ounce) can of chick peas, rinsed and drained
-1/4 cup tahini
-juice of ½ lemon
-2 chopped garlic cloves
-2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
-2tsp. grated orange zest
-1tsp. smoked paprika
-1/2 tsp. cumin powder
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. pepper

-mix all above ingredients in a blender
