Simply Tasty Recipe: Tawny Nectarine Sauce







-6 organic nectarines (diced)

-1/2 cup Port Wine

-1/2 tsp. vanilla

-1 tbs. lemon juice

-salt and pepper to taste

-6 large mint leaves (chopped)



-Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat

-Add all ingredients except mint

-Cook, stirring until sauce is thick

-Remove from heat, transfer to shallow container and chill until use

-Serve over chicken, fish or ice cream
